About the Role
As Côte’s Sales & Event Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our brand, with the opportunity to shape Auckland’s most sophisticated events.
Inspire and lead: Represent Côte as Auckland’s premier luxury caterer, ensuring every client experience is extraordinary.
Lead sales and event management: Build trusted client relationships, drive new business, and oversee event execution from concept to completion.
Bring event visions to life: Work closely with clients to design and execute events that reflect their dreams and our high standards, whether weddings, corporate occasions, or bespoke celebrations.
Own the details: From logistics and staffing to on-the-day coordination, your expertise will ensure everything runs flawlessly.
Enhance our offering: Leverage client feedback to refine and elevate our services.
About You
We’re looking for an enthusiastic professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
Hospitality expertise: At least 5 years in event management or catering, with experience in luxury settings.
Sales and relationship-building skills: You’re a natural at connecting with clients and driving results.
Organised and detail-oriented: You’re confident juggling timelines, budgets, and multiple priorities.
A creative mindset: You have a knack for designing unique, impactful experiences.
Proficient communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with confidence using MS Office.
Adaptable and flexible: Comfortable working evenings and weekends when required to deliver events.

Details
Role: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility for evening and weekend events.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000Application Timeline:

Start date 10th March 2025 (or earlier by agreement).
